Who it suits
A group that has been coming for years and wants the card game, the grill and the bragging in one room, not spread down a hotel corridor.
Four bedrooms with a queen in each and a sofa bed downstairs sleeps eight without anybody drawing the short straw.
A handful of the houses have their own pool. After a June round that is the amenity the group will remember.

A raised four bedroom house in a quiet neighbourhood near the beach with its own pool and parking underneath. Eight golfers in four proper bedrooms, which is the whole point.

An elevated beach home just under a mile from the beach and moments from Broadway at the Beach, with Myrtlewood’s two courses at the end of the road. The kitchen and family room are one open space, built for six people and one dinner.

The largest villas on Sea Trail, with screened porches over the courses and three championship layouts outside the door. A group of eight can play Jones, Byrd and Maples without moving the car.

The four bedroom units at Kingston sleep ten inside a gated oceanfront resort, with live oaks, lakes and the beach on the grounds. The pick for a big group that wants ocean and space at once.

The four bedroom units at Sands Beach Club put eight golfers on the oceanfront at Shore Drive with the marsh behind and the amenities of a full resort downstairs.

Gated, oceanfront and inside the Arcadian community. The four bedroom residences here are the most exclusive large unit on the beach.

Worth knowing
The other options
A balcony over the water and breakfast on site. Easiest when not everyone in the group is playing golf.
On the property you are playing. The group stays in one block and the first tee is a walk away.
Kitchens, laundry and separate bedrooms. The cheapest way to put eight or twelve golfers under one roof.
Book it
We will match the beds to the golfers and the address to the courses, and price the whole trip as one number.
