The course

What International Club of Myrtle Beach plays like.

Designed by Willard Byrd and opened in 2000, this course features a challenging layout with marshland and mature pines that create a scenic backdrop. The course is known for its well maintained Bermuda grass greens and strategic bunkering. Notable holes include the par 5 18th, which requires a precise approach over water. The course suits golfers who appreciate strategic shot making and natural beauty.

Course was in good condition

Ashworth, Union

A very good experience, I love this course and their staff. Was made to feel very welcome.

Johnny, Durham

Quality of the greens on the front nine was not great.

Larry, North Easton

Was not impressed with course

St.James, St.Clair

Tee boxes concrete mud sand traps greens not consistent had to wait for 3 groups before they let me start

Doud , Priceville

we enjoyed the course and the playing time at this course. All 12 Players were proud to play in noon hour.

William, Winston Salem

Overall good experience

Chervenic, Myrtle Beach

Did not play due to ten inches of rain, but we did receive two rainchecks

John

Fun course. Was cart path only due to all of the rain, but that was not too bad. The cart paths followed close to the fairways so there was not a lot of walking back and forth. Would like to play it again when not as soggy.

David, Orlando

greens were being repaired but decent layout

Stephen, Lexington

Greens were fair.

Mark, Bethlehem

greens were burnt out

Mark, Bethlehem

nicest carts. greens weren't the best

Scott, Harrisburg

Staff was great, beverage cart was icing on the cake for the staff. Just super helpful and friendly. However, the greens were less than ideal, and really dampens the experience.

Mark, Leesville

Same as River Oaks. A little more challenging

Charles , Oak Park

This was also in good shape.

Ronald, Barberton

A lot of patch work going

Jimmy, Brunswick

Course was not in good shape. Greens burned.

Albert, Fort Mill

Pretty golf club! The course was on point.

Caroline

We kept being harassed by the Rangers for slow play when we were clearly waiting on the group ahead of us, who were waiting on the group ahead of them. We had a player with a disability, as well, and they took 10 holes to get his cart to wear he could drive closet to the tees and greens. Course was pretty nice, but not worth the frustration.

Thomas, Medina

Great layout. Enjoyed the GPS on carts.Nice bonus.

Robert, Kitchener

This was a nice course. we would go back

roland, Niagara Falls

Course was wet from rain three days earlier

Shawn, Churchville

Course was super wet and cart path only. We should’ve been notified of the conditions.

Mark

Can't rate it as there was a frost delay and at ! pm would be able to finish 18 holes

guy

great course!

Mike, Lebanon

No Driving Range, wished we were told before hand.

Robert, North Wales

Greens in terrible condition.

John, Hurricane

Would not play this course again greens were terrible can play lots better courses at home for a lot less money

Mike, Trinity

Course was in terrible condition. There was no range to warm up on. Greens were full of weeds or some greens had places where there was no grass. They were also very very slow.

Samuel, Athens

Was not impressed with the course…..

Greg, Jacksonville

People weren’t cooperative

Richard, Murrysville

Course condition not bad but cart paths in rough shape.

Shirley, Beausejour

Course was not in great shape and cart paths were terrible. Carts need gps to speed up play.

Donna, Beausejour

Didn’t like the way the starter treated players. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

William, Bethel Park

A little wet

Jason, Oakmont

We had wet conditions, cart path only . Decent lay out . Would like to play in dryer conditions

Bruce, Ford City

Another great course, excellent personal

Tommy, Vidalia

terribly over booked...45 mins late starting. the over booking just translated to the vourse. 4 groups perhole was the norn fora 5.5 hour game. will notay yhereagsin even though l had a very good game

Larry, Ajax

Playable, but dry

Rich, Red Bank

Lovely golf course

Catherine, Ancaster

Not in the best of coundition.

Tom, Ashburn

I am giving the course a 3 because if we rate it based on the conditions we played under it would be a 2. We had a considerable amount of rain the day before playing and the course does not drain well. Most fairways were okay but the bunkers were completely under water. In fact we lost a ball on the first hole in a bunker that had such murky water we were unable to see the ball to retrieve it. The club said they were pumping out the bunkers but we did not see ANY evidence throughout our round that this was happening.

Darrell, Stittsville

Expected better fairway and green conditions

Chuck, Royalston

Got rained out

RJ, Lexington

We were not able to complete the course due to rain.

Ryan, Laureldale

Course was in great shape and employees were friendly and outgoing.

John

Enjoyed the round

George, Warsaw

worst greens i've ever seen. very disappointed, after 2nd hole i was ready to go so it made for a long day. Liked the course layout and fairways, but when the members were griping with us on the greens we knew it was going to be a rough day.

Adam, Whitsett

Greens had disease horribly. Layout very mundane.

Joanne, Tiverton

Greens were horrible. Unacceptable in my opinion. Not worth the money paid.

Jamie, Burlington

Greens had been lost otherwise good course.

Scotti, BURLINGTON

Greens were real bad

Ricky, HAW RIVER

Weeds on greens. Very poor condition.

Theresa, New Preston

The greens were not as well prepared as the other courses. The staff was professional .

Rich, Leetsdale

Extremely disappointed in this course. Played in years past and it has went downhill tremendously. Greens were awful…almost unplayable. Really seems as if the staff has just let the place go…sad because this was one of our favorite courses. Disappointed to say the least

Todd, Bridgeville

Person in the pro shop was rude and not very friendly. The greens were also in horrible shape. Good layout, but would have been nice if greens had grass, instead of grass mixed with large patches of dirt.

Will, Charlotte

really nice course and club house. Greens were rougher that Blackmoor Golf Club. The greens had the same invasive grass as Blackmoor only worse.

Ernest, Eastlake

greens very poor

Frank, Lyndhurst

Course is very good layout - Greens were in very bad shape

John, Eastlake

Course layout was great, the greens were awful.

David, mentor

The greens were the worst I have ever played

Christopher, Cocoa Beach

Greens were horrible. Food service beyond bad. Will never be back

Bruan, Greensboro

Nice layout. Playable conditions. The greens were playable just not pretty. No alcohol sales when we played. Should have notified the 24 person group ahead of arrival.

john, Goodview

Fun course, confidence builder for the high handicappers. Greens are in bad shape but our group had a lot of fun!

Andy, Cranberry Twp

Expected greens to be better all around.

Ken, Lebanon

Nice course, good conditions, did not have a liquor license which would have been nice to know before hand.

Michael, Wolcott

Greens terrible

steven, hingham

It was everything we expected

Michael, Portage

John, Oswego

Greens were in poor shape.

Christopher, San Jose

greens a challenge with so much poa annua

Michael Hatch, Chesterfield

Nice club and course layout

Rob, Avon Lake

We really liked the layout!

John, Jeannette

Greens needed help.

Manny, Charlotte

Course was in awful condition, the staff had no clue what they were doing, and it really made it a sour end to the trip. Would recommend removing this play from any rotation moving forward.

Aubrey , Charlotte

Greens were very rough and bumpy

Mike, Dalbo

Course was not overseeded so I would suggest playing later in the year
