TPC Myrtle Beach

I always have a really great experience here. I've been to Myrtle Beach twice over the last two years, and i've played the course four times. We always plan a round at TPC Myrtle and end up going back later in the trip because we have such a great time there.

We play here every year and it is always in excellent condition

Loved the place, loved the golf course. Cart path only added to a 5 hour+ pace, but unanimously we all want to play it again - but it has to be quicker.

It beats me up every year, hence the missing star

Great layout and good condition..ranger rode in front of us after 2 of our foursome teed off then sat there in my sight on his phone oblivious to me looking at him. Finally, I had to ask him what he wanted and if he wouldn’t mind getting out of my line of sight. Also, Rick in the cart area was barking orders at us like we worked there. Told him to ease up as we were adding the scorecard…then he patronized us saying I’ll clean your clubs as it is included in the package..we didn’t want him anywhere near us..the folks inside the clubhouse were great

Thiis is a creme de la creme course. EVERYTHING aboout this course was first class . It was fun adn challenging to play.

Great shape and challenging.

Once again TPC was our favourite layout, and the condition of the course somehow seems to get better each year. Our group loved it and wants to play it again next time around. Despite several of the guys struggling to play well, it is a must play for us. We left it off our list for a couple of years, but won’t make that mistake again.

There was NO reason for cart path only. They should of offered a reduced price and NOT take advantage of tourists . I have problems with my knees and found it VERY DIFFICULT to play the full 18 holes. Was NOT fun.

Great track,A 5 hour plus round is no fun. Staff was great course is great but there are a lot of players out there paying a lot of money and should not be there. Almost felt like a money grab

While it was a nice course I was expecting more from a TPC Course. The layout was nice but maybe I was expecting more scenic holes

Wish I could’ve started on 1 instead of 10

Due to the rain, we only played 2 1/2 holes. Had to take a rain check which was not good considering we were flying out the next morning. Credit to the pro shop would have been a lot better. We were planning on buying stuff anyway. Just made us spend more money that we didn’t need to. Other than that, the weather was the problem. Excellent staff though.

Tough course. Playable from the right tees

Had high expectations for this course based on past history, but we were all very disappointed this time out. Course was in lousy shape. Fairways were very lean. A lot of dead grass areas. Traps were thin and greens were slow. Very surprised that one of our “go to” courses was in such bad shape.

Very impressed with the service and clubhouse. Only drawback is that there is no staff monitoring pace of play after 6:00pm or so. Some very slow groups that could have used some encouragement.

To many cart path only holes. No 18 is one of the worst designed holes I have ever played. If it is to be cart path only the cart path should be within reason. Over priced

beautiful course. started on hole 10 even though tee times were made 359 days in advance.

This is a very challenging but beautiful course. One suggestion that I would recommend is to place markers on the #10 cart path to indicate where the bridges are located.

We have golfed in Myrtle for six years and done approximately 30 courses. This is by far the best course in the Myrtle Beach area a must do on your next golf outing. The course is immaculate.

Perhaps expectations hurt my perceptions as I would have expected faster greens. And the course was filled with dead grass spots. Very surprising for a TPC compared to the many other TPCs we've played.

Very nice course, conditions were excellent. Enjoyed a turkey gobbler strutting on one hole.

My fav place in Myrtle disappointed this trip. Practice green was fast, but the front nine greens were slow. The entire group agreed. Back nine greens were great.

Hard but fun

This course is beautiful, but too hard and too long for an old, high handicapper. Some of the greens are tricked up more than I'd expect from a TPC course.

In my opinion, the best kept course of the four we played. Conditions were outstanding.

It was such a joy to play and a great course to finish the week on. From club drop off to driving range, clubhouse, to loading clubs up, it was perfect.

The course and greens are outstanding shape.

TPC is always in fantastic shape from T to green and was no different this time. We finally learned to play from more playable Ts and it's a much more pleasant round. The staff was great and replay rate was more than fair.

Very good, but TPC was getting the course ready for a tournament. Rough was 3 to 5 inches high. Glad I played it but don't need to play it again.

Great course to finish a golf trip. The course is always in good shape and plays decieving difficult.

Probably best course I have played in MB. But a little long for short hitters like me.

Pro shop closed early - course conditions may have been affected by heavy rain for 2 days prior to our round but expected more from a TPC course. Have played San Antonio TPC and it was pristine.

Super site, course in great shape… pace slow… 5 1/2 hour to play and no ranger on course to make things move… unacceptable for this type of course

Realy too slow 5:30h for 18 hole

Loved the course. Only criticism is that it didn’t have any GPS monitors on the carts like the other 4 courses we played that week. Those would be helpful for those who are playing course for first time.

Very nice course, as expected. All aspects of the course were in great condition. Pace of play was good.

Was supposed to be cold rainy and windy and got away with a fun round with hardly any rain

Course was not in good conditions. Maybe bad transition time to come but was not a course I would play again.

Staff was best of the courses we played. Top notch conditions. Only complaint is 18 was roped off which makes for long hole.

bag drop guys were rude and unfriendly. It was reciprocated with no tip. Course was amazing. Club house personal were friendly and helpful.

Our group ranked this as their favorite course. We have played it three or four times and it is one of the best.

TPC was in very good condition as always!! A have to play course for sure! Greens were super fast and rolled beautifully!! Great Pro Shop and Clubhouse! First Class practice area!!

TPC is not my favorite course as there are few memorable holes. I is straight ahead golf like most TPC courses. That said, it too was wet (we played right after a tropical storm and additional days of rain), and most of the guys enjoyed this course more than I.

awesome condition considering tropical storm....very challenging and fun course...played the gold tees with a group of locals...great staff ...great day altogether

The course was good, but the service was unacceptable. We were pulled off the course sat in beautiful weather for an hour and a half before it started raining and then was told we couldn’t get a rain check. I understand you can’t control weather and I’m not even mad about the rain check, but I just thought they could have handled it better and with more compassion.

They pulled us off the course due to storms after 15 holes. However, it was sunny at the course. I understand that they have policies but they did nothing to compensate us for the 3 holes that we missed. Course was in great shape but customer service was lacking in a major way.

Course was in good shape but the customer service we received was below average. We had a lightning delay where we sat at the club house for at least an hour when the sun was out and no clouds near the course. After an hour it began to rain and was not going to stop for some time. We had 3 holes to play and were told by the guy in the club house that there was nothing he could do and walked away. I understand the policy of not getting a rain check after 14 holes but to say sorry to you customers and walk away is poor service.

Pulled us off the course with 3 holes to play due to weather. Waited over an hour to resume play. Play was cancelled for the day. No rain check given. Understood we had played too many holes to qualify for a rain check. However, could had offered us a beverage, golf towel, golf marker, discount/coupon for pro shop as a gesture.

We always love this layout. Conditions not as good as normal. Lots of thin and bare spots throughout the course and around greens. Greens okay but not as good as normal either. People there were excellent.

Cart path only on day we played makes round no fun. Poorly marked distances on one side no help when on other side of fairway. No gps on carts. Very challenging layout. Lunch was excellent.
