The course

What Crown Park Golf Club plays like.

Designed by Rick Robbins and opened in 2001, this course features a classic low country layout with mature pine forests and natural wetlands. The greens are known for their smooth Bermuda turf, providing consistent putting surfaces. Notable holes include the challenging par 5 6th with its strategic water hazards and the picturesque par 3 17th, which requires a precise tee shot over a shimmering pond.

Reviews

3.63 out of 5 from 263 golfers.

Left by people who booked this tee time through us and played it.

Never played here before, fun course.

Joe, Solvay

Good for the price!

Matthew

greens were in poor condition

William

Very good course. Recommend.

Fox, Tewksbury

3. Greens were very slow. Fairway grass was extremely short.

Donald, Marion

Course was wet from rain, real secluded, no house around course.

Markwood, Purgitsville

Ok condition

John, Pine Bush

Golf course was great. Greens were in good shape.

Payseur, Seneca

We had an enjoyable time at Crown Park. The people were nice, and there were no irritating course rules and/or protocols to ruin the fun. Also, the prices at the pro shop were very reasonable. Overall, a great experience. This was our second time playing Crown Park. I'm sure we'll play there again.

Stephen

will not play till this Fri.

Joe, Gloucester

Nicest course we played all week.

Monte , Williamsport

This is one of my favorite courses, however, I was very disappointed in the greens. They are normally very nice. They needed cut badly. Probably won't go back next year.

Todd, Mertztown

Great layout. Shape of the course was good. Rated this as a 4.

Robert, Kitchener

course was in great shape. Friendly staff and great service

Jim, Ottawa

Super racist marshal made us not go back for second tee time

Bryan, Hagersville

Course was ok, Staff extremely short handed and seemed extremely disorganized. No Ranger to keep people moving. Not interested playing this course again in the future

Drew , Dushore

A good all around experience and would go back.

Moody, Grovetown

The front 9 has an excellent layout. It took over three hours to play 9 holes. Extremely slow play from the local golfers. I had a 1:18 pm tee time and could not finish before dark

John

Had to play in the rain bot felt the course handled the water well. The greens drain quickly after heavy downpour. Cart man was very helpful for first time players.

Tom, North Chesterfield

Bag drop attendant not friendly. No starter. No course Marshall, slow play w very high handicap foursome in front of us who never heard of ready golf, let alone miss an opportunity to take minutes to line up putt after watching each. No etiquette whatsoever. Wont go back.

James, Coopersburg

Nice course. Pace was slow, needs more golf carts as we were rushed off the first 18 to remove our golf bags off the cart for others to use. They rush too many players thru the course per day!

Dennis, Nepean

Staff very nice. Course was ok, nothing special. But better than Bryd.

Margaret, Apex

the condition of the course was poor and the staff was rude.

Michael, Warren

Poor fairway conditions n

Robert, Brookfield

everything was great.we had to tee off a little behind our scheduled time.thats the only negative I can say and it wasn't very long so it was fine. The employees were very helpful and nice

Nick, Westminster

Generally in good shape

Grant W, Ottawa

N/A we did not play this course.

Dulce, Cardinal

This course was okay.

Charles, Pinson

Liked this course a lot. It was good for me distance wise and was set up for an enjoyable time

Jimmy, Columbus

greens were unputtable.

Jeff, Northfield Center

Best course we played. Facilities were awesome and staff was courteous

Paul, Triangle

Not as nice as the other four, no wow factor, but in decent shape. However, would have been a great first course to play as a warm up to tougher courses.

Mark, Newington

Very mundane, almost boring to play, club house management had no personality

David, Bristol

Greens tremendous

Robbie, Scottsville

Perfect!!! Great lay out . Will play again. Just unfortunate that we only got 18 in and not 36. Book soils for the day no worries

Brian, Morristown

The par threes were too long

Daniel, Winston Salem

Lots of sand. No ball wash

Billy, Jefferson City

great course

Doug, Huntersville

The course was too far from our accommodations and not worth the extra drive time

Andrea, Toronto

Too far away

Dawn, Toronto

Park. Enjoyed our selves. Mostly because we were paired with a pleasant couple. That said we were surprised to be paired up while other twosome were allowed to play as such? I will also say that the man at the pros shop was not pleasant and inviting as were all other people we encountered.

David, Lewiston

Fun course. Very good shape

Tom, Union

Very nice. Fun course. Great shap. Keeper

Tom, Union

No customer service

Mark , Atlanta

Pro zhop operator was extremely rude one of our golfers had a death in his family and couldn't make the trip the course manager would only give him a rain check and wasn't willing to negotiate on spending the money he paid in exchange for merchandise from the pro shop also they ran out of golf carts

Patrick , Detroit

This was the best course of the three we played. Well kept, good pro shop selections and the staff was very good.

Gary, Mentor

Very good and beautiful

Nicole, Lery

Well maintained nice track

Darrell, Cobourg

All around good shape

Mark, Coraopolis

the guys liked it and no houses also senior friendly

Roger, chillicothe

Very nice staff

John, Naugatuck

Not as friendly, didn't know about our 10.00 cash to spend.

Tyler, Winston Salem

Nice course with good greens. Friendly staff .

Rick, Lexington

nice coarse.

Earl, Northwood

This course was great, they did want us to play in 4 hrs, which is insane when they put 4 seniors who play everyday behind you- all with their own carts.....management wasnt very nice- more like “give us our money and hurry up” Cart guy was great, bar lady was great.

Nick, Leominster

The course layout was good. We never played there. There were allot of wet spots, but it did rain allot. It may be better if the conditions are better.

James, Statesville

Good course. We might choose one more like Rivers Edge or River Hills next year.

Michael, Hudson

Layout was great greens were very slow

Scott, Bakersville

Enjoyed the course quite a bit, greens were not true when compared to Barefoot. Would play again

Michael, Baltimore

Decent course, but poor management. There were two to three foursomes on every hole and we had to wait 10-12 minutes to tee off. We only played 7 holes before saying enough is enough and we left.

George, Crofton

No bag boy.....poor organization....one person serving as bag boy, cart boy, and starter. One person trying to do it all.

Barbara, Kernersville

It was okay wish I had known they plugged the greens

John, Stanfield

Greens had been punched and had not recovered well. Very bumpy. Impossible to keep putts online. I think this lead to a disappointing feel for this course. In retospect, as I looked at my pics, it's a nice layout. It's not fancy, but it's remote with no housing. Easily would rate it higher if not for the greens for our round.
