Left by people who booked this tee time through us and played it.
The course was great! Had to get a rain check for 9 holes. The rainstorm ran us off.
Poor course conditions
Greens were not in good shape at all, very rough.
People were great and the course was ok.
Myrtlewood Palmetto is consistently in solid shape from tee to green and that was the case once more!
Very nice track to play.
Very nice course. Not real difficult and as stunning views Of the intercostal waterway. Very friendly staff and fun day all around.
Very good course design
Bit to long for senior players. Needs a combo set of tees.
Always enjoyable as my "first" course to play here
Lots of sand and very challenging course. Beautiful course.
Gorgeous but also very playable
Course was so busy they overbooked . Our play was delayed 8. -10 minutes for each of the front 9 and the back was slow- took 5. -3/4 hours to get 18 in and was nearly dark coming off
an okay course, prefer other ones.
Very nice course to finish the week
Great shape. Staff excellent. Would return
Very nice course
Greens were so hard! Lol
Another good choice! Our first day that we didn’t have cartpath only. That stuff on old people ha ha ha.
Loved the layout
My favorite of the three really enjoyed the golf course and a perfect day for Golf
Beautiful course. Very well maintained. The staff were excellent. We will be playing here again when we return to the area.
Really liked the course, but bad weather made some of the holes a little rough.
Too many people on course,,prefer the other courses still enjoyed this too
Took a rain check
Staff very helpful
Very friendly staff, inside and out. Palmetto was a perfect finish to our trip. Course was in good condition. Greens were a little slower but overall a great experience.
Beautiful, great course!
Course was in pretty good shape,,rough was a little deep,,even when we knew about where the ball was still took 4 of us looking and almost stepping on it to find it,,got fussed at for slow play but we stayed up with the group ahead because they also were looking for balls in the rough,,,I mean just 2 or 3 feet off the faraway cut, has 16 golfers, got rained out after 13 holes,,no raincheck but understandable,,they even let us park in the cart barn until we were sure the course was closed,, nice folks
The course was in good shape we always play it on our last day.
We did not use the course. I tried to call and cancel my reservation and no one returned my call.
Course was in great shape. Greens were nice & big. The fairways were a little wet, (Mother Nature) so we weren’t getting any roll. Ball was plugging or actually backing up sometimes, which made the course play very long. Overall, a good track. Couple of issues: Not enough water available on the course. The fountain water was warm & didn’t have enough pressure to even fill a bottle. Golfers should be allowed to bring their own water. You have to carry your clubs all the way out to the driving range, which is a hike from the bag drop and the bag assistants were bossy.
Greens under repair staff is awesome
Great course it fit our needs because we we’re staying there but we liked it alot
Very poor green conditions. Course layout was good.
Played this course on about every golf trip I’ve taken to Myrtle. Nice course. Greens were in poor shape.
Very nice , wish I had played it twice, well worth it
Beautiful course, long but beautiful course. The 8 of us really enjoyed this course.
Course in great shape, group loved Myrtlewood
Conditions were not as “pristine” as last year.
Course is nice but the overall condition in places was a bit rough. Tee boxes, couple of greens etc. may have been a late spring but overall it was nice.
Staff were great. Course was in good shape.
Unable to play it do it weather and received ZERO help from the website we booked through. However the staff at Myrtlewood Golf Club was very friendly and helpful.
Course was great, staff was rude and pushy Never play there again They certainly take the FUN out of golf
Nice course in good condition.
Great course
well maintained and a good layout
Course was fun, layout was challenging enough. Myrtlewood clearly tries to squeeze every possible dime they can with way too many tee times with too short of space between. Our tee time was 8:15ish in the morning snd by the time we teed off it was about 8:35. How can you be backed up 20 minutes by 8:15 am! Round took 5.5 hours.
Great course but really slow and backed up
6 hour round is unacceptable. Staff was unconcerned and did nothing to speed the round up. Course was in average shape.
the course is not well marked no signage between holes or at tee box
Updated golf carts with GPS tracking would be a great addition.
Great course. Good shape. Staff was great. Super helpful.
Always a great round at Mrytlewood.
Great course
I didn't not play the course
We really likes the course and layout and greens were excellent
played like a back home course
We were rained out on this course! Could not rate the course
Great shape and friendly staff
Same comment as Pine Hills
Greet golf course
Played there 2 times. Staff was great. Conditions were very good a fair course for golfers of all abilities
Best course we played
(Winter golf) Course was in very good condition, staff was super helpful and friendly
Liked it had fun
Did not play
Fun place to play. Solid layout in pretty good condition.
Awesome layout and staff. Pace of play made it an enjoyable round for all.
We weren’t given five consecutive tee time for our group so two foursomes were given tee times in the middle of our tournament which was set up at least 3-4 months in advance unacceptable.
Great condition, greens were excellent.
Course was in very good condition. Palmetto is definitely more challenging than Pine Hills but still very playable. Enjoyed both courses.
Good course, great location, reasonably good condition. Not as good as River Hills or Pine Lakes.
Best clubhouse, great courses.
Pin placements on greens were difficult.
This course was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Open and not too hilly. Really great course for us. Loved it. Will definitely play this again next time. Maybe twice.
Conditioning was fine but starter and other personnel would score zero on the hospitality chart.
Liked this course - suits my game.
Course was in good condition given how many rounds is played on it daily.
The first cut outside the fairway is way too high.
Great course and friendly staff. Course in good condition. Did not like that 2 foursomes were put in between our 5 groups.
I personally did not play due to my back acting up. My other golfers thought the course was in good shape, but it was very slow. The round took 5-1/2 to 6 hours to play due.
nice layout with good conditions
Greens were slow. Same comment as River Hills
Greens very slow! Expected better!
good overall experience.
This course was unexpectedly good. The course design is very good and the conditions of the course and greens was as good as some of the more expensive courses we have played in the MB area this spring.
Good Condition But on the Dry Side. No Rain
greens were great and challenging pin placement.
I love this place
most enjoyable great shape
Two different and fun . Even with construction zero issues. Staff was absolutely fantastic. A+
Great shape greens where among the best
Great shape greens where Among the best
awesome. Really great shape
Great playability. Great shape. Love this one
course was a little burnt out.
Nice course. Good condition
Grass issues this year. Not as nice as last year.
Great course. Greens run true.
Very nice course. If I lived in MB I would choose it as my home course
Slow and not great shap
Somewhat disappointed in the fairways and rough. Grass OK, but again we played on a very windy day and after a great deal of rain the previous day, and even from the golf tees, it played much longer than we all anticipated.
love the course would like to play again next year
I loved this course especially the holes that are alongside the Inter-coastal Waterway.
okay golf course
What a wonderful course. Greens are immaculate.
Beautiful course
Rained out. Got Rain Checks
Same as pine hills
Nice course always fun to play
Rain out, but have played before great finishing holes
Rained, didn’t play
Very dry, and brown , food not that great
Good condition for winter golf. Always a consistent course to play.
We played that course on Sunday, 2/25. Tee time was after 12 noon. When we were done the club house was closing down and we could not get anything to drink or to sit down to BS about the scores.
great shape. enjoyable, friendly
Great holes, consistent greens, conditions provided playability for the season. The last few holes coming in to the clubhouse are terrific
Several holes were placed in sections of the green that needed repair. Greens were very slow and bumpy.
Always one of our favorite courses. Wish they had offered full lunch menu items in lunch package as other courses did.
Ok for the Price
Great Golf Course
Got rained out. Got rain checks and will play next year.
did not play because of rain
Greens were appeared in poor condition but rolled fine
a little chaotic on arrival meant no time for proper warm up. Course was OK.
Awesome course
Beautiful course in good shape.
Good course—nothing spectacular.
Nice and fun course
great golf no problems, good staff
Greens were not in great shape.
I love this Coures. The greens were in need of work. The bunkers in fairways were excellent. The course layout was great.
Absolute trash greens
Course has taken a lot of play. They had on course closed.
Played Palmetto. Very nice course. Service was top-notch. Would play again.
nice course good layout enjoyed this one
We played Pinehills instead. It was backed up because of the rain and didn't want miss my flight
I was unable to play due to injury but heard from the others the course was great.
Thought the greeting staff were not overly welcoming. too bad, as it does set the stage for the rest of the day. Especially when you are new to the area and the golf experience
Beautiful course; friendly staff
Beautiful course ; friendly staff
Great course and a friendly staff. Also they had a nice breakfast.
our favorite course beautiful and very fun to play course was in great shape and very friendly staff easily the best golf carts of the trip would have gotten a 5 star review if it wasn't for the course being very packed. unfortunately they had over 300 people playing that day (starter told us) slow pace of play due to high volume.
great place to play 36 in one shot. bring extra balls!
Course was in great condition and we enjoyed playing it for our practice round.
TEH GREENS SO CHALLENGING
First time playing and enjoyed it.
This course is out and back. The clubhouse guy told us that there was an "oasis" at the turn where we could use our voucher. The oasis is at hole 5 and 14. Thinking we would be back at the turn we skipped it at 5 and it was closed by the time we came back at 14.
We liked this course, good conditions.
Nice challenge, in good shape good pace of play
Not the best to play on
Nice course staff were friendly and helpful
This course was in poor condition. We can play a course like this at home anytime we want. The 18th hole was the best part of the entire course. Do not want to play again.
beautifully maintained, and run with efficiency and courtesy. The courses were compatible with our level of playing.
loved it want to play there again next year
Shot my all time best at this course!
Everyone liked the course. Had a great time.
Played it before, love it, will play it again.
Lack of signage and markers.
Course is in great condition. Greens are rolling very pure. Course has a very fun layout.
I loved this course! It was my favorite of the four we played. It was a bit longer than the others but lots of fun to play. I loved the holes along the Intracoastal Waterway.
It was a Great Course to get everybody loosened up on, had a lot of pretty views, and really great conditions
by far my favorite course in myrtle beach
Middle of the road track as far as Myrtle is considered, but served it's purpose for a venue to play 36 in a day.
Didn’t play course closed because of the rain! Can not quote
Good course. Friendly employees. Will play here again when we get the chance.
Our favorite out of three we played. Great condition.
Great course in awesome condition.
All other golf courses you picked out allowed picking lunch from the menu, Myrtlewood provided a very short menu, not impressed with that, otherwise great courses.
Greens were just right.
Very nice course
close to accommodations and convenient. very nice course but round play was incredibly slow.
Again course was nice but rough not for amateur players. Lost a lot of golf balls. Also the food options were very limited .
Course was very wet and fairways had clumps of grasses throughout.
Hard to write a true review. Only got 9 holes in before the heavy rain started. The front 9 was fun to play
very nice course but they had just punched and sanded the greens (a bit too much sand on the front side. 6000 yards from the senior tees is too long for us seniors.
Enjoyed design of course, bunkers need work
Greens very sandy
We got rained out however they gave us a rain check that's good forever.
We Played Pine Hills
we consider this course our home course . would have been nice if our replay was on pine woods
Great course pure and managed properly- had a great time playing this course greens were true and challenging.
Same as Pine Hills
The course was average at best.lacked watering for sure!
Course in great condition
cool course and everybody was nice
Lunch tickets worthless because kitchen closes early. You should have known this when you sold us our package.
solid course
Golfed this one a few times, never disappoints!
probably my favorite course
Course always seems to be good shape.
Much like Pine Hills, great condition and excellent greens. Fun to play
Great course , fairways and greens well maintained. 18 holes straight thru made playing enjoyable, no waiting.
Couldn’t use our meal tickets kitchen closes to early dink tickets only include domestic beer. Not worth it
course was nice but very slow due to over booking tee times.
The course was great, but it seemed as though it was overbooked. We were not able to complete the round due to time because it was backed up. Also, we would have liked it better had we not had a 4th player added to our round everyday, especially since we saw threesomes playing without a 4th person. The course was very nice and one of better courses I've ever played.
Nice course and good warm up, practice areas
only played 9 holes, it was too cold
Wonderful course. Stayed for afternoon round of 18. Great shape. Everyone was helpful and courteous.
Course was in terrible shape and the bag guys were rude. Not worth the money!
Of the four courses we played this was a bit disappointing the price was way overpriced the tea boxes and the fairways we're not up to the price of the course
Played this course numerous times. Didn't think it was in the best of condition.
ok beginner course
average course with some work needed in the fairways
Very nice and well kept course.
Golf carts ran out of power. Had to push the golf cart over the last few holes. Not good for people in their late 60's.
Only played 9 had some time restarints but seemed nice enough. Carts were in terrible shape
We very much enjoyed this course but had to play from the red tees due to length.
Very good course.
Would play again
beautiful course.
best course we played...greens were true and not too fast
very good course. wonderful staff in pro shop and restaurant. but for the best greens we've played all week. fairways were a bit shaggy
Good time. Course in good condition
better than me st
Nice course but conditions reflect too much play. Friendly staff.
Really liked the course
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Course was in nice shape. Beverage cart service was good but wish it would be available more frequently. We only saw the cart once.
Excellent course had great time.
Holes were not marked (what hole you are actually playing). There was nothing on the scorecard or at the hole to show the layout of the hole either. Doesn't make for a enjoyable time on the course wondering where the hole is or what the layout is.
Nice setting enjoyed the course
Greens were fast and true to what you see. The course was in great shape.
Very nice and staff was fantastic.
well manicures greens and fairways...even under very windy conditions
Friendly staff and a nice layout
course was running behind because they said golfers were late or didnt show up...got to keep things moving in my opinion...why hold up a whole course for a few groups?
Busy course, but play was fast.
love this course!!! can wait to go back.
Beautiful & interesting course. Challenging, but fun to play
Always like playing Myrtlewood. Course conditions are always consistent. Greens / Fairways above average.
Course was in rough shape.
Beautiful course. Met all of my expectations of a high end golf experience. Would’ve gotten 5 stars if the greens were in better shape. They were completely saturated our entire round. Some greens had standing water on them from sprinkler heads. The did not cut or roll the greens that morning.
Great condition as always but slow round on a weekend during this peak season. 4.5 hours I guess it should be expected!
Fun track, enjoyed playing there.
Tough approaches to every green
Course was in great shape and greens rolled true. Would love to go back
Palmetto is a good course and was in pretty good shape.
It was dry and we had to play cart path only because maintenance went home and nobody else could make the call
Great scenic course, nice fairways, slow greens, pace of play was slow.
The fairways and greens at the Palmetto course were not as nice as in the past. While the course was in good shape, it was not a 5.
Great course to close out the trip! Hole 18 on the waterway is a such a beautiful hole to finish!
too high palmetto
Sub par beach course
Cours needed better upkeep, food with package was a sandwich very disappointed.
Great course!
Fun and friendly, we were the first ones out and had a great time.
Nice course and staff. Pace of play was good. Gents that we played with from NY, we’re awesome
Not the course to learn how top play golf on.
Cliff is great to work with and very accommodating.
Very well kept & Great Looking Course!
The course was average. The greens could had been in better conditions. The starter was not to welcoming and never said anything to our group. When we try to put our bags in the carts he got upset and yelled at us. If he would had been welcoming and let us know he would take care of them it would had been a great information to have.
Course was in good shape, but not great. Tee boxes could use some work and bunkers need maintenance and rakes.
Did not know that because there were only two of us that we would get paired up with two others that happened to be two older ladies and ended up playing very slow
Course was ok. Boring.
Great value, always a fun course. Back 9 is great for the money
Great course. Will play next year
Very similar to Pine Hills, but I’m pretty sure we liked Palmetto just a little bit more.
Loce the improvements in the course...3.5*
Really enjoyed golfing here. A must do again in the future!
Greens were slow but the starter told us that so it was fine.
Good shape for this time of the year. Friendly staff.
Course was in great shape
Great course, super nice staff. Would definitely play again.
wet but very playable. staff was very accommodating
Awesome course conditions but overbooked.
Nice track, in good shape
Greens were great
Great Shape. Enjoyable course
front 9 isn't a good track - a lot of blind dog legs. overpriced proshop, i paid $55 for the same dozen i paid $43 for at Shaftsbury Glen. they had a photographer on the first tee who later sold us a picture for $20 each. on 17th hole there was a young lady in a cart saying she was from make a wish, for $20 each if you hit the green . . . i expect this at a charity golf outing, but not when i'm on a short golf trip with friends. we'll never play there again, and i suggest you drop this one from your list of course. your Golf Trek, or Golf Trail, is fantastic! i'm grateful that someone recommended you!
Same as pine hills
Good design...slow play overcrowded
Never received the group picture I paid for. Not very PROFESSIONAL
Nice open and well suited for novice golfer
Great course. Desk guy gave our tickets to the wrong group so we had to deal with that when we got there.
Great course, nice club house, friendly staff - played it previous to this visit, will be back to play it again!
Good but crowded.
Great course both 18’s in perfect shape.
great staff and setup. well organized A+++ the course was good.
Loved this one too.
All around great value and great experience. Greens were the best of the bunch and this was supposed to be the C course. I would put these greens up against most.
Greens were great.
Awesome greens and fun layout
Course was in great shape and greens were perfect
Second best out of three. Some bare spots in some holes but overall enjoyable to play.
Best course of the trip. Beautiful.
The staff was great, pace of play was very slow. The course was in very good condition.
good experience
No complaints we will be back.
Great course with friendly staff.
Best score of the trip.
Challenging layout with more water and shot making required
nice course great for the average or advanced
Great course with great views! Will definitely be back to check out the sister course
Nice course, would play this track again in warmer temps
Closed the club house to early
Nice course. Was very wet. Layout nice but a lot of condos and houses around it. Would play again.
Nice course.
Decent track and the staff was good
Staff was good and the course was nice, would make a great first day course to get warmed up.
Good Course.. People Nice .. A Little Bummed that we could not use our Lunch Vouchers... Place was Closed !!
Love the course. It appeared to be in good shape. Carts could use GPS range finders. The weather was not great so the rest was hard to tell.
Greens were slow. Pace of play on 2nd nine was slow too.
Enjoyed. Course in descent condition.
Frankly I assumed we had driving balls with the package, but paid for them. I was only 40 degrees when we teed off so it was cold. I thought the gentlean that was the starter/cart was quite unfriendly.
Great course
Great course beautiful and wide open
Great course
Great course nice greens
Considering the amount of rain that occurred the day before, this was the course with the least amount of water in the fairway. It was wide open making it by far the easiest course. Great Monday course!
Was promised free range balls but were told no good. The course was in great shape and well kept
Myrtlewood is becoming a favorite for our group. Course, facilities, and staff are top notch. It's close to where we stay and the 2 courses is a plus for all day golf.
One of the easier courses, which is obviously enjoyable to do well on. Nothing struck me as unique other than the last hole. Would look to find other courses before playing this again, but would play again.
The staff was great
Again, great time
Hard to judge very wet conditions
Weather was bad,but very long for most of the players in the group.
very good course
A fun course that doesn't kill you and right in the middle of myrtle. Was very wet (we played right after a tropical storm and additional days of rain), but we all enjoyed this course
So many dragonflies it was difficult to play Also the course was not in great shape.
Decent course. We had fun.
I liked all the courses
Beautiful course
As per MB West, greens suspsect, thin. Beautiful course though
Course was in great shape. New greens were smooth and putted very well.
Nice course but poor management. On Sunday no ranger and one beverage cart for both courses.
only one cart girl for entire course. We saw only once and we had to wait a couple of holes until they replenished cart
only one cart girl for entire course. Came by only once and cart half empty. We had to order and wait a couple of holes till drink came
Course in great shape.
Great shape! Nice course!
Rained out but will play in Sept.
